About OfferSetGo

The agent experience is the product

OfferSetGo is building a guided contract workspace for Colorado real estate professionals. Our internal standard is simple: made for agents, around the agent experience, not the contract.

Why we built OfferSetGo

Real estate contract software should help an agent move a deal forward, not force the agent to organize their work around a stack of forms. OfferSetGo combines firsthand Colorado real-estate experience with decades of digital product and customer-experience leadership to create a clearer way to prepare, review, send, and manage a transaction.

Our co-founders

Lisa Reich, OfferSetGo co-founderCo-founder

Lisa Reich

Lisa brings the working perspective of a Colorado real estate professional to every part of OfferSetGo. A fourth-generation Colorado native born in Denver and raised in Arvada, she has worked with RE/MAX Alliance since 2016. Her experience connecting people through real estate transactions grounds the product in the daily realities agents face: choosing the right forms, gathering accurate information, keeping clients informed, and moving a deal forward without losing momentum.

Jon Luciano, OfferSetGo co-founderCo-founder

Jon Luciano

Jon brings more than 27 years of digital commerce, product, analytics, and customer-experience leadership. His work has focused on simplifying complex online journeys, improving conversion, building clearer self-service experiences, and turning customer behavior into better product decisions. At OfferSetGo, he leads the effort to translate complicated contract workflows into a modern, intuitive platform built around how agents actually work.

How we work together

Lisa defines the agent problems that must be solved. Jon shapes the digital experience around those needs. Together, they review OfferSetGo from both sides of the work: whether it reflects the reality of a Colorado transaction and whether an agent can understand what to do next without fighting the software.

How public guidance is produced

Form guides begin with official source documents and product-verified behavior. We distinguish available capabilities from work in progress, identify the form version and review date when relevant, and update related knowledge-base content after material product-catalog changes.

Editorial standards

  • Answer the agent’s question directly before adding detail
  • Use official sources for form names and version information
  • Separate verified product behavior from planned functionality
  • Show mapping counts only when an inventory has been verified
  • State limitations, independence, and legal-advice boundaries clearly
  • Review public guidance when the product catalog materially changes
