Professional-use platform
OfferSetGo provides contract-preparation and transaction-workflow tools for real estate professionals. It does not provide legal advice, brokerage services, or a substitute for professional judgment.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy and legality of information you enter, confirming that you are authorized to access each deal, reviewing every generated document, and using current forms required for your transaction.
Licensing and authority
If you represent that you are a licensed professional, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you will maintain any license or authority required for your work. Transaction Coordinators may only act within permissions granted by the responsible agent or brokerage.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, access another person’s data without authorization, interfere with security, upload unlawful material, or use OfferSetGo to provide unauthorized legal or brokerage services.
Electronic communications
You consent to receiving account, security, transaction, and service notices electronically. Optional marketing messages require separate consent and may be declined.
Availability and changes
Prelaunch features may change and may be interrupted. We may suspend access to protect users, data, or the service.
