Privacy Notice
Information we collect
We collect account and professional information, including name, email, phone, role, brokerage affiliation, license information, workspace memberships, deal content, documents, support communications, billing status, referral activity, security events, and product usage.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, create documents, manage permissions, process billing and rewards, support users, measure product performance, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We may use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, payments, electronic signatures, MLS or property data, and rewards. They receive information only as needed to perform their services.
Usage analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use OfferSetGo through interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage and device information. We explicitly mask content in the contract app, administration area, and signed-in support hub. For more information about Microsoft's collection and use of data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Deal and team access
Deal information is visible to users who receive access through workspace membership, team permissions, brokerage permissions, or deal-specific invitations. Account owners control those permissions subject to brokerage and legal requirements.
Retention and security
We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal and contractual requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline optional marketing, manage team access, and contact us to request assistance with your account information. Some records may need to be retained for security, transaction, contractual, or legal purposes.
